Sales Manager for this industry leading packaging company during a growth and industry leadership phase. Hired to build new key accounts and purchasing manager relationships (direct and channel) to deliver industry dominance with new packaging product offerings. >First year set all time record of 327 new accounts. >Manager and leader of 2 sales teams and maintained key accounts. >Recruited start up team of 7, including salesforce and support staff . >Worked with purchasing, production and support to ensure top customer/sales performance. >Increased sales and new accounts consistently year over year. >Researched and developed top selling Packaging merchandise. >Had highest performing territory in the company in percentage growth and margin for 2005/2006/2007/2008 sales year. >Select clients included Zodax, Canon, ILG, OPI, and Hewlitt Packard. >Used web based tools to develop project designs, project quotes, bids and contracts for use in the sales process. >Prepared and rationalized Sales plan including travel, client presentations and tradeshows as well as monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline reports and forecasts.
