Supervised and contributed to the mechanical design and development efforts for digital electronic scales and printers. Personally designed critical system components and circuitry. Developed and maintained production processes; acquired/designed efficient tools and equipment; and investigated, analyzed, and resolved process problems in support of manufacturing operations. Provided continuous engineering support for the Dillon Force Measure product line during and after relocation from Los Angeles to Santa Rosa, improving existing designs and tooling and reducing costs. Developed programs to analyze and graphically depict production and performance data. Traveled and interfaced internationally to identify technology sources.
