Daily Duties at Delphi Corporation:
Assembled a team of 6 project coordinators and lead them in the creation of MS Project Schedule Templates, one template for each of Delphi's project lines. Trained the team on the use of MS Project and the meaning of the tasks that had to be used in each schedule to maintain QS9000 compliance. I prepared a step-by-step user's manual to distribute to all project coordinator's at Delphi E&S globally. Traveled to our sites in Europe, England and Mexico and conducted training on the roles of the Project Coordinator and the use of the Project Schedule Templates.
