Daily Duties at Telcordia Technologies:

• Provided desktop support for Windows 2000 and Windows NT 4.0, including problem solving and installation of hardware and software upgrades. Supported Lotus Notes, MS Outlook, Netscape 4.7, Office 97 and 2000 • Provided replacement Dell and Compaq desktop and laptop PC’s, installing Windows 2000, Windows NT, Office 2000 and applicable software using Ghost and Winstall software. • Created a training manual for new hires in the Desktop Support group. Manual included information on Telcordia procedures and practices. Trained new hires.
