Daily Duties at Assist America Services:
• Responded to clients who are having medical and travel emergencies. Responsibilities include recommending appropriate medical facilities worldwide, coordinating the transportation of clients to higher levels of care via air ambulance or commercial carrier with medical escorts (evacuation). coordinating the safe return of clients once discharged from the hospital (repatriation). • Coordinated the printing and mailing of monthly Q&A’s. • Trained new Coordinators in procedures and operations.
