Daily Duties at Usc Center For Service Excellence:

Direct administrative support for Director of the Center, a world renowned lecturer, planning calendar, arranging speaking engagements, making travel arrangements, editing books and creating presentations. Budgetary analysis and maintenance, fiscal year planning and processing of all expenditures. Proposal generation including gathering and analyzing data. Organize and execute executive-type programs. Train faculty and staff on various computer applications. Supervise secretarial staff. Key Contributions: Increased number of programs run by the Center and developed a plan to charge outside customers resulting in an increase in revenue of the Center by 50-75%. Improved revenue practices in the Center. Developed database of prospective program participants.
