Assist the Chairman, President and CEO in all aspects of conducting business in the company and personal matters due to extensive traveling. Act as the direct liaison to all factories in Asia to include Taiwan, Thailand, China, Indonesia and the Philippines. Arrange, attend and establish minutes for meetings with sales associates, customers, Asian liaisons and Board of Directors. Generate statistical reporting to include pricing, defects, and sales administration. Key Contributions: Implemented basic practices and processes in the day-to-day operations of the company, resulting in 15-20% time savings. Streamlined data analysis reporting. Improved communications with Asian factories, resulting in 25-30% time savings.
