Staffed and grew the National PAC’s support team, based in Atlanta, recruiting over 30 Technical support personnel and management. Responsibilities included a budget of over $8M for equipment and staffing. . Improved customer satisfaction from 40% to consistently over 90%. . Received service achievement award for largest turnaround in customer satisfaction. . Created and managed new Customer Advocate team driving customer loyalty . Extensive product management, including development, product life cycle and transition plan . Negotiated and managed 3rd party contracts to align with current Philips service contracts creating higher renewal rate while lowering support costs
