Responsible for global customer support, to include staffing of over 100 individuals, maintaining infrastructure, connectivity tools, applications, integration and process improvement through out four separate support centers . Managed customer support centers in Rhode Island, California, The Netherlands and Peru driving a One Philips seamless approach, providing consistent customer experience from a 7/24 support program. . Developed new customer support model, improving first time fix rate, lowering call volume and implementing customer follow up policy . Integrate CRM tools and telephony infrastructure to drive productivity within the call flow and escalation process, minimizing overall call time. . Managed customer support centers in Rhode Island, California, The Netherlands and Peru driving a One Philips seamless approach, providing consistent customer experience from a 7/24 support program . Develop business strategies improving service margins and lowering supply chain delivery costs . Integrate CRM tools and telephony infrastructure to drive efficiency within the call flow and escalation process, minimizing overall call time . Utilize and review key support metrics to create Best Practice customer experience programs and process . Created global training program assuring up to date technical support delivery
