Directed team of 120+ employees including director, six managers, and eight supervisors in the revenue to cash cycle. Managed and reduced bad debt in over $500 million receivables on a month to month basis. Reduced DSO increasing working capital exceeding company goals and surpassing cash performance of competitors. Saved SG & A expenses through process efficiencies. Developed controls implementing segregation of duties as required by Sarbanes-Oxley. Worked with both internal and external clients to develop programs that were mutually beneficial to both companies. Oversaw general accounting functions, including AR/AP, account reconciliation, and cash management. Administered all financial management systems, evaluating and integrating new applications. Developed skilled management team to achieve established objectives. Prepared monthly and quarterly financial presentations for the Board of Directors. Interacted with the President and Chief Financial Officer concerning financial forecasts, reports, and potential risks.
