Environment: IBM 3090, DB2, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, Lotus Notes, XPEDITOR, ENDEVOR, FILEAID. Description : Transfer of business knowledge for LOS and LMS subsystems. Responsibilities: • Development of Strategy for reengineering which involved frequent discussions and meetings with clients. As the project was being outsourced to Syntel by AIG the transfer of application knowledge and software skills had to be scheduled and done in a phased manner. This scheduling process was designed by me. • Involved in understanding the business knowledge of the process • Meeting with the user and client • Onsite-offshore team co-ordination.
