Daily Duties at Foodlion:

Description: Analysis, Design, Coding and writing Program Specifications for CAP factors, Store handling, Walker, Register Check up and ACIS systems. Responsibilities: • As a Programmer Analyst involved in the coding, design, development, testing and implementation of programs, JCL, PROC etc. for CAP factors and ACIS systems. • Design and code programs using COBOL, CICS, DB2 for ACIS and related Systems. • Preparing, fine tuning and reviewing, Guidelines and Checklists for Design, Coding, Testing, Release and Acceptance, Unit Testing and System Testing. • Wrote large number of DB2 programs involving complex SQL queries with various types of Joins, Cursors processing etc. Fixed various types of DB2 abends, running Explain to fine-tune the performances of DB2 queries.
