Daily Duties at Wellpoint:

Description: Project Management and Scheduling on time delivery of Impacted Databases and WCS Repository for Claims Integration module of WPWMDS. Also did Analysis, Design, Coding and writing Program Specifications. Responsibilities: • Worked closely with the Business users in the requirement analysis phase and documenting the same in System Maintenance Technical Documents for Impacted Databases and WCS Repository for Claims Integration Module of WPWMDS. • Involved in the tracking of the project schedules • Involved in the preparation of Test plans and Test cases • Involved in the preparation of test data based on the requirements. • Coding of new batch programs which involved coding, testing in COBOL, DB2 ,VSAM, CICS and JCL • Responsible for debugging the COBOL, DB2 and CICS programs using Xpeditor Involved in the System testing and Integration testing of the above application • Interact with the Client to resolve issues and Update Status of the Project. • Developed test methodologies, test strategies analyzed user requirements, test plans and test cases for functional testing. • Analyze the change request and estimate the effort involved to accomplish the request. • Promote the enhanced components to production environments. • Cross training of new entrants into the project.
