Daily Duties at Textron, Inc. Fluid & Power Group:
Complete financial ownership for the performance of all Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) activities for a $600M, 17 plant international manufacturer of pumps, gears, gear boxes, and other power equipment. Acted as a strategic business partner to the Fluid & Power Vice President of ISC. Created and managed to monthly, quarterly, and annual operating plans. Provided monthly forecasts and assisted in strategic planning. Analyzed and reported key business metrics, including inventory turns, productivity, cost savings, and deflation. Worked directly with Plant Managers and Plant Controllers to drive success in all ISC activities by meeting or exceeding all operational reporting metrics. Managed the Capital plan for the Division. Worked with diverse teams from the US, Canada, Europe, South Africa, and Australasia. Responsible for adherence to all regulatory and Textron internal control requirements as they pertained to ISC activities.
