Daily Duties at Textron, Inc. Fluid & Power Group:
Responsible for the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, annual, and long term operating plans for a $600M, 17 plant, four business unit international manufacturing division utilizing HFM. Responsible for preparation of the monthly operations package and presentation to the Textron CFO. Performed operational financial analysis and income statement/cash flow/balance sheet analysis. Worked with diverse teams from the US, Canada, Europe, South Africa, and Australasia to accomplish deliverables.
