Responsible for the financial leadership of a $215M, four plant, international company that designed and manufactured pumps for the oil, gas, nuclear energy, and water desalinization markets. Directly supervised four Plant Controllers and one Financial Analyst. Administered the financial strategy of the division and also provided financial controls for the operations. Prepared the monthly, quarterly, annual, and long term operating plans. Performed monthly operational financial analysis and income statement/cash flow/balance sheet analysis and presented monthly results. Assisted the General Manager in providing leadership and strategic analysis to enable revenue growth and profit improvement. Improved operational excellence through identifying key drivers and implemented processes to measure and improve performance gaps. Worked with diverse teams from the US, Canada, and Europe to accomplish deliverables and meet financial targets.
