Provided operations finance leadership for a $325M, five plant, international company that designs and manufactures pumps for the oil, gas, nuclear energy, and water desalinization markets. Directly supervised five Plant Controllers and one Financial Analyst. Performed monthly operational financial analysis and income statement/cash flow/balance sheet analysis and presented monthly results to the Executive Management Board. Worked closely with the President & CEO in providing leadership and strategic analysis to enable revenue growth and profit improvement. Worked with diverse teams from the US and Europe to integrate the financial operations of Union Pump and Clyde Pumps into the new ClydeUnion organization.
