Managed the daily operation of a full service retail branch environment to be at its maximum profitability. Managed a team of 5-8 employees. Responsible for the professional advancement of the branch team. Ensured all transactions were done within all regulations, policy, and procedures. Responsible for developing action plans as needed to correct business deficiencies. Responsible for implementing that action plan and ensuring that the desired result was achieved. Relief district manager in the absence of the district manager. Overseeing 5-8 branches to ensure that the district’s goals were being met. Coaching fellow managers to assist in achieving the district’s goals.
