Team Leader for APL’s support to USN representative to Department of Defense’s Joint IPT for the Integration of UAVs into National Airspace • Problem Solver—Team Builder for Precision Engagement Hand-picked for several high visibility studies as a military Subject Matter Expert to develop Concepts of Operations and to conduct Operational Analysis, Analysis of Alternatives, and Lessons Learned studies for multiple Department of Defense customers. Completed JHUAPL Program Manager Course and 3 semester hours in a Systems Engineering post-graduate course.
