Daily Duties at Proxy Aviation Systems:

Responsible for leading all aspects of customer engagement for a small, dynamic UAV company. Focused annual customer engagement plan to synchronize with R&D, production, and current program execution-- led government customer to incorporate into their strategic expansion plan. Authored all company direct contact presentations, to include an innovative software product demonstration for government and industry partners—forged a strategic partnership with large prime that led to major company contract. Redesigned the company web site, targeted and designed all print advertisement. Synchronized bid and proposal and customer engagement efforts of lobbyist, consultant and public relations firms. Managed an aggressive conference, national exhibit, and live fly product demonstrations schedule. Authored and presented a research paper on the company UAV multi aircraft control system at Special Operations Forces Industry Conference and Association of Unmanned Vehicle Systems International Exhibit. • Operations Leader- Team Builder In 2009, team leader for a four week innovative technology integration demonstration for Department of Defense customer and the six week preparation and overseas deployment for an Operational Assessment for an unmanned aircraft system. Multiple responsibilities for government liaison, flight operations, scheduling, logistics, and deployment preparations. Led highly successful in-the-field systems integration process, where multiple tactical communications and sensor packages were quickly installed, flown, and evaluated. Authored the comprehensive proposed product improvement blueprint–expanded the company role in next year’s demonstration • Self Starter Regained Commercial Pilot rating and trained on all UAV ground control station positions.
