Daily Duties at State Street Corporation:
Directed all team development and support of the Replix Fax Server application. Designed database modifications and developed new functions to improve operations. Oversaw help desk team issue resolution efforts and maintenance of the Intranet pages. Ensured all routing / RMA changes were mapped into all applicable databases. Worked with customers to resolve issues and followed up to ensure customer satisfaction.
