Support CEO, COO, CFO and Sales Manager by acting as a liaison to staff and board members. Coordinate all executives' daily calendars and activities. Maintain all confidential executive documentation; disbursement of stock options for CEO, CF and COO as well as staff members. Supervised receptionist and administrative staff. Prepare agendas for meetings, travel arrangements, phone and mail.
