Project management for SQPIT projects. · Developed and analyzed monthly, quarterly, and annual leadership reporting · Successful preparation for NCAQ Survey 2009 · Documented and developed best practices in operational areas · Developed a mentoring program with full training implemented · Designed and developed a Customer Service employee dbase in Access 2003 with full user manual for over 500 employees and training for all leadership levels · Led and directed quality meetings at management and end user levels · Developed a Customer Care Campaign that improved customer contact by over 56%
