Information Technology Systems Analyst/Project Manager: Successfully led and managed projects for the Application Development Team, creating project plans and timelines; manage resources; developing and executing communication plans; and directing testing. Acted as liaison to business areas for all reporting requests. · Analyst in electronic commerce, claim submission resolution, documentation of all processes and procedures, provider telephone support. · Evaluated and documented corporate reporting needs for Data Warehouse · Analyzed system requirements for support of existing and new software development · Managed the implementation of GoldMine Software for all Excellus Marketing departments (Utica, Syracuse, and Rochester) with supervision of software and hardware installation with troubleshooting and resolution · Successfully managed the implementation of common software for all four Excellus Credentialing areas. Led, communicated and documented team meetings to create one provider dbase by converting four Credentialing systems and four providers systems into one new, shared dbase for the Provider and Credentialing business areas, with data cleansing and system mapping. Developed a User Manual for the HBOC Credentialer application and led End User Training in all regions. Administered the new provider Dbase post conversion for reporting, updates, enhancements, and extracts.
