+Production oversight * Workload assignment and leveling * Procedure development * Interface with Customer Service and QC * Resolve production issues + Initiate, investigate, and implement Corrective Actions + Monitor status and condition of standards * Submit to appropriate facility for calibration + Monitor cross-check activities and control charts + Perform calibrations, as needed + Verify vendor calibrated devices for fulfillment of requirements + Calcluate and enter measurement uncertainties for required calibrations + Provide input for completion of RFQs + Supervisory duties * Time card approvals * Evaluations * Approve Expense reports * Maintain training files * Conduct Team meetings * Create presentations for meetings * Disciplinary events + Monitor labs' environments + Champion appropriate ISO 17025 elements * Create Work Instructions and Procedures * Interface with QC for Internal audits and improvements to Quality System + Prepare reports for Excutive management as needed
