Daily Duties at Inter Tel Corporation:
PROJECT COORDINATOR/Manager Managed and coordinated the installation of business phone system needs which included network communication hardware and software solutions based on Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology and (IP PBX) platforms. Coordinated all project delivery tasks including project kickoffs, project plan development, site surveys, information gathering, finalization of build specifications, equipment, other 3rd party product specification, test and QA oversight, installation and acceptance testing/project signoffs. Noted for quickly ramping up to understand department organizational roles, responsibilities and products to manage new and existing telephony projects. Provide oversight of contactor and subcontractor performance and completion of technical requirements in a timely manner and monitoring resources Lead and successfully managed complex major engineering technical service that supports federal government agents Work closely with Contract Officers (CO), contractor(s) and with all levels within AP to ensure technical compliance with the stated requirements of contracts Monitor resource planning and expenditures for the respective contracts Design, plan, and conduct management surveys and/or research on issues of substantial scope, complexity and impact involving Applications Engineering (AP) contracting operations Ensured pre-installation checklists were presented to customers for signoff. The checklist identified the hardware, software and customer resource requirements prior to providing on-site or remote installation services. Provided on-site customer based training on phone system programming and administration. Working towards level III Contracting Officer Representative (COR) certification
