Daily Duties at Lowes Home Improvement:
Successfully achieved budgeted sales and margins in assigned area. Responsible for ensuring all corporate merchandising standards are maintained on a daily basis including but not limited to merchandise resets, zone recovery, freight flow, daily inventory replenishment, price integrity, promotional and seasonal sets, merchandise displays, product literature and housekeeping. Responsible for the overall safety, security, supervision, training, mentoring, and scheduling of all assigned personnel. Successfully and rapidly completed an extensive management training program. Decreased loss prevention of merchandise and materials by increasing weekly inventory cycle counts. Increased overall man-hour productivity by leveraging work schedules across departments. Lead and successfully managed and mentored a staff of 30 people. Develops survey criteria, procedures and instruments. Collects, reviews, evaluates, and interprets data. Research information and develop new approaches to program evaluation. Present findings, options, and recommendations.
