Daily Duties at Tech Inc:

Responsible for participating on management teams overseeing multi-million dollar contracts supervising the activities of staff to ensure the successful completion of projects. Manage and direct technical and administrative staff in the design and installation of voice and data network infrastructure and fully integrated electronic security. Ensure contracts remain in scope, budget and delivered on time. Personnel work included recruiting and hiring, scheduling staff to ensure task activities met client and corporate work objectives.  Provide estimates based on Review of Invitation to Bid (ITB) Request for Proposal and Request for Quote (RFP/RFQ).  Utilized Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to report project status.  Forecast and report Estimate to Complete (ETC) Earned Value (EV) Budget at Complete (BAC) as well as Actual Cost (AC) to Senior Management.  Regularly met project schedule deadlines.  Managed general and sub-contractors to resolve any disputes or issues related to the work and delivery of project specifications.
