My responsibilities were focused on managing the Supervisor/Leadership Development program across all functional areas. Instructional Design efforts resulted in 19 courses that addressed skill and knowledge development including mortgage processing, customer service and supervisory skills. Each coursework design effort included needs analysis, program design, presentation materials, instruction materials, and evaluation instruments and follows up activities. As project manager of the Supervisory/Leadership program my responsibilities included: competency identification, curriculum development, program marketing, budget development and program administration. All program activities utilized the Motorola Six Sigma methodology to monitor quality and performance improvement. Project Leader, Gallup Survey Program. Responsibilities included survey development and analysis of results to determine vital dissatisfiers, identify causes and implement solutions.
