Daily Duties at Ge Capital Services – Mortgage Servicing:

My responsibilities were focused on executive leadership consulting and coaching, management of the formal leadership mentoring at GE Capital Services and direction of Human Performance Technology projects at GE Capital Mortgage Service. I also was responsible for managing a team of three eLearning instructional designers of web-based courses for all business areas. The courses the team developed provided all employees access to coursework that was readably accessible, easy to use, performance-driven, and scenario-based. Designed and managed the GE Capital Mortgage Leadership Development Program for all organizational levels based on GE Leadership characteristics and Six Sigma methodologies. Identified internal and external resources to complete tasks such as: needs analysis, variations of internal and external data, and development of multi-level evaluation tools each framed within the GE Quality framework. Executive Coaching efforts focused on the top 20 business leads in the company, creation of 360 degree feedback assessment tools, development of leadership action plans, creation of measurement tools to assess progress by each business leads, core curriculum for senior business leads, and personal development plans that rolled up to goals developed for the Chief Executive Officer. Served as lead consultant on four Quality improvement projects such as customer service, process streamlining, department integration and Employee Work/Life balancing. My responsibilities also included managing two Quality Improvement teams that initiated over 100 changes to existing processes resulting in over $1,000,000 in savings to GE Capital Mortgage.
