Daily Duties at Rwd Technologies Llc:

Direct management of eleven successful ERP implementations of SAP and Oracle software for supply-chain and human resource clients in manufacturing and distribution services, health care, food services, automotive, and petrochemical industries. Activities include creation of Performance Optimization Analysis, Front-end Needs Analysis documentation, End to End Process Analysis, Role-based Curriculum Design, Detail Design documentation, Performance Gap Analysis, Multi-Level Evaluation tools, Web-based coursework, On-line Performance Support tools, and Distance Learning Materials. The development of performance support materials involves working with graphic designers and business leads to create highly effective instructional events based at all Bloom levels of learners. Client Activities include a front end needs analysis, prototype design, budget development and project planning, training material development, and learning evaluation of training/educational material for managers and end users. Responsibilities include strategic planning, end user needs analysis, identification of previous best practices, curriculum design, and alignment of available resources within financial and client specific guidelines. Development activities include conceptual materials; uPerform and InfoPak generated eLearning and transaction navigation documentation, multi-level evaluations and hands-on exercises for end-users to ensure client satisfaction and technical accuracy. My project management activities also include team management, project setup tasks, P/L responsibility for all project revenue and cost factors, development of communication reports and documentation guidelines, and analysis of all project reporting documentation.
