Accurately document inquiries from dealers, independent repair facilities, and consumers. Log and track inspected claims for major component claims, close all inspections within 24 hours. Assist in special projects; Claims audits/analysis, monthly phone usage and productivity reports. Respond to department needs; build internal and external relationships through team spirit. Provide excellent customer service. Review ROs to determine dealer compliance with Honda Warranty Policy and Procedure. Analyze Out-of-Line claims, using WIS and identify potential abusers. Summarize the result of investigation and communicate it to regional Managers and dealers. Process chargeback’s if not substantiated, if necessary, call back parts for TWC to examine. Follow up on problem dealers to determine their improvement.
