Daily Duties at Ktvd Tv:
I was a key member of initial local management team that included General Manager and Director of Engineering that successfully built a TV station including construction of studio and transmitter facilities and hiring of operational staff of more than fifty. I worked closely with General Manager, ownership group and legal counsel during successful bankruptcy reorganization and sale of station. I was retained by new ownership group and was a key member of new management team responsible for station turn around resulting in significant revenue growth and an Operating Cash Flow margin of more than 40%.
