• Acted as the General Manager of a boutique real estate company engaged in the construction and marketing of residential projects and the leasing of residential, retail and office properties. Assets in Manila valued at over 100 Million Pesos. • As Principal, evaluated real estate acquisition opportunities, conducted due diligence and financial feasibility studies, and procured entitlements. • As Project Manager of luxury residential construction projects, managed a construction team of 30+ personnel. Responsibilities included design management, construction management, budgeting, materials procurement, contract negotiation, subcontractor evaluation and supervision. • Conceptualized and executed the construction of a commercial building. Realized a return of capital invested within 14 months from project completion. • Managed the leasing and sale of a portfolio of residential, office and retail properties located in Metro Manila. Coordinated rent collection, supervised renovations & repairs, handled tenant disputes and issues.
