• Completed a summer internship with the consulting arm of the premier brokerage in Dubai. • Underwrote residential and mixed-use projects ranging from US$20 to 100 million for the company’s clients. Built financial models, including development and investment feasibility analyses and joint venture waterfall structures. • Advised hedge fund and private equity group clients regarding the nuances of investing in the region. • Participated in the development of a housing strategy for the University Hospital, a public-private partnership between the Dubai government and Harvard University. • Conducted market research on Dubai and Abu Dhabi real estate markets.
