Daily Duties at Chubb & Son:

Responsible for researching budgetary expenses, trained claims examiners, reported Med Mal, Directors and Officers and Lawyer claims to states with reporting requirements, supervised coached and managed staff, licensed claim examiners in all states where appropriate, partnered with Home Office and Simsbury IT to enhance claims system, coordinated monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and yearly claims results, in conjunction with Simsbury unit managers, centralized reporting of Med Mal, Lawyers, and Directors and Officers Malpractice claims into the Compliance Unit, identified miscoding in the weekly reports and developed a method to code them to the correct reporting units, administered performance evaluations.
