Acted as an advisor to senior management and mentor to a cross-disciplinary team involved in transitioning the organization to J2EE, component-based development, and RUP. Led team in development of RUP variant software development process to be used for all J2EE-based projects. Wrote a detailed roadmap report on how Software ReUse could be initiated in the company.
