Helped define requirements and design a J2EE-based Army Career and Alumni Program (ACAP) system to replace the client-server system then in use. Developed Use Cases to define requirements. Created high-level design with UML diagrams. Developed Struts-based user interface and EJBs for back-end services. Used WebSphere, Rational Application Developer (Eclipse) and Oracle database.
