Daily Duties at 617 Squadron Royal Air Force:

Training Officer to front-line fighter-bomber unit responsible for defence of United Kingdom homeland and assets / interests globally; 150 personnel and 12 aircraft, with a total net value of several hundred million GBP. Combat-ready operational front-line fighter pilot; planning, organizing, and teaching complete annual training requirements to 30+ aircrew and support personnel. Also lead scheduler for all squadron daily events and project leader for planning and execution of 2 overseas deployments. Supervised 30+ trainees with additional personnel management responsibilities for 7 personnel. Produced superior quality staff training within 25% shorter timescale by reorganizing training procedures within unit, implemented within 6 months of taking post.
