Responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and underwriting complex multifamily real estate transactions in compliance with Deutsche Bank, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae Guidelines. Conducted detailed economic and demographic research to determine feasibility of transactions as well as comprehensive inspections of physical real estate assets. Upon completion of due diligence, Investment Committee Memos were completed and presented to credit risk committee for recommendations and approval. •Developed and maintained strong relationships with origination, closing department, external agency investors, and customers. •Provided solutions to senior originator on difficult transactions in order to close the loan. •Underwrote and closed 25+ multifamily transactions totaling $270+ million in loan volume.
