Daily Duties at Providian Bank:
Managed Call center for outbound and inbound credit card sales and customer service. Supervised between 20 - 65 representatives. Interviewed, hired and trained candidates for phone positions. Traveled to various sites to train managers and representatives to become successful employees and follow the processes implemented by the company.
