• Supervisory experience for office, educational, institutional, entertainment and multi-family projects. • Responsible for the day-to-day activities on-site including managing, scheduling and overseeing all on-site activities. • Worked in concert with owner, building management, facilities operations as well as architect/engineering team maximizing the advantages of both shell construction and interiors construction expertise. • Performs all contract administrative tasks including maintaining the project schedule and working with the owner and subcontractors to ensure project completion dates and budgets are met. • Works closely with the senior project staff to establish, monitor, and tract the project schedule and progress milestones • Coordinated the successful simultaneous development of several projects.
