Design J2EE/SOA-based Web Applicationt to deliver Health Statements to comsumers through a web portal using WebSphere Portal and Tivoli Access Manager for security. Created Detailed Design Specification for the project including all aspects of the solution. Defined the interface for a SOA Business Service (web service) which gathered the underlying data from various sources (medical claims, demographics, prescription claims, benefits) and presented a unified enterprise interface to the data. Performed Gap Analysis between financial capabilities of a vendor and those needed for the Health Statement.
