Daily Duties at Fci (Previously A Division Of Du Pont):
Development and reporting of customer satisfaction indices and key organizational metrics. Lead and facilitate strategic improvement planning in all functions across the organization. Development of quality management staff at 15 sites. Champion Lean/Six-Sigma deployment globally. Executive sponsor to 3 strategic customers. Development of training needs analysis, and development and execution of training programs. Maintained direct responsibility for improvement planning and execution in Asia.
