Prepared monthly and quarterly deposits for Federal and State tax obligations. • Preparation of YE Federal and State payroll reporting forms including W-2 and related W-3s. • Make AJEs to close books for the year for use on preparing year end tax returns. • Preparation of forms 1040,1120 - C and S corps and forms 1065, as well to a significant amount of trust returns. • Created payroll tax reporting company in the model of Paychex.
