Direct the efforts of 11 direct reports to ensure departmental metrics are acheived. Responsible for efficient operations of four manufacturing facilities. Direct store delivery sales force and Broker management. Human Resources. Over the road distribution fleet. 36 retail outlet stores. Safety and self insured workers compensation risk management. Accounting and finance. Sales responsibilities required development and Maintenance of customer relations through business reviews and social events. Continuous assessment of market conditions and competitive activity. Interpretation of syndicated market share and development of consumer and customer driven activities to ensure leadership position is maintained or achieved. Daily communications and reporting between business unit and corporate executives. Quarterly (formal)executive reveiw presentations.
