Daily Duties at Computershare:
Was responsible for client satisfaction and profitability for approximately 25 clients Coordinated organization to support all plan events and ensure success. Escalation point for client regarding plan participant or plan administration issues. Responsible for X% of organic revenue growth of existing relationships from year to year. Provided strategic leadership for client relationship including managing cross sell opportunities. Lead in all contract negotiations with clients. Worked with Senior Management to develop strategic pricing plans for my clients. Served as project manager for all product enhancement roll-outs to my clients. Provided support to the administration and operations teams regarding industry questions, administrative procedures and client plan specifics. Provided training to the call center representatives for new plans. Part of Process Development Team for new Stock Option administration platform. Provided Quarterly or Semi-Annual service reviews to clients
