Daily Duties at E*Trade Financial:
Part of project team charged with writing business and functional requirements for a new equity plan administration platform. Established relationships with business teams (Stock Plan Administrators, Middle Office Support, Corporate Support, Technology, and others groups) at E*Trade to learn about how they do their jobs today and what they need to help them do their jobs more efficiently/accurately. Held meetings with a select group of clients that volunteered to work on the project as part of a Client Focus group. Co-authored the Core Application section of the business requirement document for the new equity plan administration platform. Asked to participate in project plan development discussions around resource allocation and estimates for task durations for functional requirement writing. Authored functional requirements documents for the new administration platform. Held cross business unit “Work Group” sessions to present functional requirement documents to obtain feedback and ultimately build consensus regarding the document concepts for unanimous sign-off. Oversee consultants that were drafting functional requirements documents as part of the project team.
