Daily Duties at E*Trade Financial:

Managed the roll-out of the new equity plan administration platform. Drafted overall roll-out project plan for platform delivery. Coordinated overall program meetings, tracked issues, and escalated problems to management when necessary. Coordinated with the different teams affected by the project to make sure they were working to achieve program deliverables and prepare each team for what will be required from them when the new system is released. Coordinated the initial migration client selection process and drafted communication plans for prospective migration clients.
