Daily Duties at E*Trade Financial:
Asked to move from Product to Implementation team to improve the performance of the Implementation team and prepare the project managers to perform client migrations to the new administrative platform. Developed and implemented new process for how requests are made to the implementation team for new projects. Instituted new quality initiatives for the Implementation team. Established Implementation team volume limits and began to institute the concept of a queue for the team. Goal of this was to ensure that the project managers had enough bandwidth and to ensure an accurate, efficient, and professional implementation. Worked to finalize the development of a Consulting environment that would allow a vendor to work on special projects for E*TRADE while ensuring the security of our data. Worked with the Consulting Team (within E*TRADE) and third party consulting vendor to develop procedures on how to get data into and out of the Consulting environment. Wrote FRD for the product team for how the conversion from our current administration platform to the new platform will be processed.
